Ignition (Bean Can) Rebuild
The post 1981 electronic ignition bean cans sometimes need attention. This service includes a total break down and rebuild including replacement of the hall sensor and the advance springs.
The bean can problem is bigger and more widespread than just "sticky weights" as the sensor itself is often the intermittent part of the equation. The advance springs are also almost always worn and stretched so the advance curve is no longer at stock specs.
If you have a persistent high idle or find yourself hunting for your static and dynamic timing you should have this service performed. Your bike will idle better and start easier.
